The payment to your Paytm/Mobikwik account is blocked as you have not done the KYC verification or the verification has expired. Please contact the customer care of the particular wallet to activate the transfer.


KYC verification is not mandatory for Loco, however, Paytm/Mobikwik may not allow any transactions unless the KYC verification is done or is valid.
